depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and other issues. Her diverse background in
movement has shaped her counseling approach to emphasize the connection between mind and body, often by integrating mindfulness and breathwork. Alongside counseling, she also offers individualized pelvic floor yoga. This offering stretches and strengthens the pelvic floor structure itself, as well as increasing neurological connections. This is an ideal practice to incorporate along the journey to improved mental and sexual health, and is conducted in a safe, therapeutic environment.
